Cancelling an order

You can cancel before your order is dispatched. Contact us at support@planterpots.in with your order number as soon as possible.

After dispatch

Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund on cancellation

Prepaid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
